The shop portion is more for the practical than the artistic. Years of showing and working in
and around the horse industry, here, I mostly specialize in making equipment for Equestrian
Sports as well as taking on some non Equestrian projects.

The majority of the metal portions in this section are made from second hand steel.  Steel
either recovered or purchased out of bins or off of racks at local steel recycling facilities. All
built with the same mission to reuse and make the most of.

Jump Standards!
Simple construction with serious weather in mind.

Metal base with primer coating.
4x4 pressure treated posts.

Each standard is 5 foot high. The base is 16 1/2 inches wide and 26 inches long.  Holes for cups start
at 12 inches off ground and goes up every 2 inches up to 48 inches (4 ft.)

Some safety features:
PVC end caps at the ends of the tubing. Just in case the standard is inadvertently tipped over.
As well as the corners of the post shaved off-- eliminating the sharp edges.

Ready for you to paint on your barn colors!
Sturdy and durable.
Average weight of 19 pounds.

Security bars.
Commissioned by a local auto repair shop.  Pictured here are three of nine pairs of bars for nine window openings. The request was to make bars
for the window openings that would not give off an institutional feeling; something formidable yet appealing to the eye.

Materials used were twisted 3/8 inch square extrusion, 3/4 inch pipe, 3 inch flat bar and 1/4 round extrusion.

The center piece is brought together by the 1/4" round with using cutoffs of the twisted 3/8"-- strengthening the bars while being ornamental.
